This needs WAAAAAAAAAAAY more detail. I have no idea from this what sort of video you are making. Is it performance, is it narrative, is it both?
Improve this as a matter of urgency as currently it looks like in spite of all your R&P you have no ideas what so ever, that means no matter how good all the R&P is you can't be awarded high band marks because there is no evidence you've learnt from it.
